OPERATION PROCEDURE
OF THE TRUSTIn order to materialize the objectives of the ‘KSM Shikkha-Sheba Trust’, two wings have been set up. Each wing is run under a committee headed by a Chairman and selected by the Board of the Trustees. All Chairmen is the ex-officio member of the Board of Trustees and accountable to the BOT. Two wings are: 1) Masjid-Centric Education Wing; and 2) General & Technical Education-Service Wing.

Masjid-Centric Education

The wing conducts and implements its objectives by forming a ‘Masjid Committee’. The purpose of the Committee is to manage, run and administer the existing Dattail-Shumbhunagar Puratan Masjid, its properties and the masjid-centric education, and other allied activities to be assigned by the BOT.
The BOT selects the Chairman from among the members of the Masjid Committee. There are one Co-Chairman, one Secretary and one Cashier in the Committee from amongst the Masjid Committee members. The Office Bearers of the Committee maintains separate books of account and remain accountable for their activities to and submit income and expenditure accounts before the Board of Trustees.

General & Technical Education
Service Wing
The wing is run by two councils: (i) Academic & Governing Council (AGC); and (ii) Working & Activities Co-ordination (WAC) Council.
The Trust forms an Academic & Governing Council (AGC) with the reputed academicians of different universities, educationists, patrons, public-representatives for advising, running and smooth functioning of the trust. The AGC is the policy-making body of ‘KSM Shikkha-Sheba Complex’. The AGC devises unique and up-dated feature and methods of education, service and training for the academy, training center and other allied activities mentioned in the objectives. Every person inspired by the system of Islamic education and technical education or who is willing to be engaged in or who may help in furtherance of or contribute to attaining the aims/objectives of the Trust is invited by the Trust to become a member of AGC. AGC members are selected for their commitment to the Institutions as well as the skills and expertise they can bring to the tasks of the AGC. Members of the AGC are volunteers and do not receive any remuneration in any form for their work on the AGC
The President of the BOT will be the Ex-Officio ‘Chairperson’ of the AGC. The members must be conversant with academic rules and regulations and have scholastic capacity in keeping with the latest curriculum and modern teaching methodology to be followed in the academy.
