Operation Procedures

In order to materialize the objectives of the ‘KSM Shikkha-Sheba Trust’, two wings have been set up. Each wing is run under a committee headed by a Chairman and selected by the Board of the Trustees. All Chairmen are the ex-officio member of the Board of Trustees and accountable to the BOT. Two wings are:
1) Masjid-Centric Education Wing; and
2) General & Technical Education-Service Wing.

Masjid-Centric Education Wing:
The wing conducts and implements its objectives by forming a ‘Masjid Committee’. The purpose of the Committee is to manage, run and administer the existing Dattail-Shumbhunagar Puratan Masjid, its properties and the masjid-centric education, and other allied activities to be assigned by the BOT.
The BOT selects the Chairman from among the members of the Masjid Committee. There are one Co-Chairman, one Secretary and one Cashier in the Committee from amongst the Masjid Committee members. The Office Bearers of the Committee maintains separate books of account and remain accountable for their activities to and submit income and expenditure accounts before the Board of Trustees.

General & Technical Education-Service Wing:
The wing is run by two councils: (i) Academic & Governing Council (AGC); and (ii) Working & Activities Co-ordination (WAC) Council.
