OBJECTIVES
The broad objective of the Trust encompasses the socio-economic and educational development in the surrounding rural areas imparting need-based training and integrated education; extending financial assistance to the helpless, poor and destitute; and rendering medical support and services for preventive healthcare for the poor, physically challenged and underprivileged.
The objectives in particular are
- To disseminate general, up-to-date and integrated education enriched with religious knowledge and morality with maximum possible effort;
- To organize and run academic institutions aiming at ensuring higher and quality modern education.
- To set up a vocational and technical training center to promote practical training amongst learners, thus ensuring increased employability without discrimination of caste, religion, creed or gender;
- To renovate, maintain and reconstruct the existing mosque in the compound of KSM Shikkha-Sheba Complex as a part of the Trust program and carry out masjid-centric general and Qur’anic education for the adult male and female in the leisure time;
- To construct and run a separate ‘Hefz Khana’ in the premises to create ‘Hafez’ under the masjid-centric Islamic education.
- To establish an Orphanage to bring up, educate and support underprivileged, unfortunate, helpless orphans irrespective of religions, gender, castes and creeds;
- To increase employment opportunities for the unemployed youths and to spread the light of morality and self-development force among the youths in the rural areas through need-based training, workshop and learning programs by setting up a Youth-development Training Center in this complex;
- To set up a Community Clinic especially for Mothers, Children and Elderly People and provide medical support and services for preventive health care for the poor, physically challenged and underprivileged, irrespective of castes and creeds;
- To set up a Community Library to disseminate traditional values and culture of this country, moral and ethical education in the society;
- To provide grants, scholarships, fellowships and other forms of financial assistance to the needy, underprivileged and meritorious students for pursuing education, vocational training, skill development, etc.
- To carry on granting scholarship to the poor and meritorious students of Sarojgonj High School;
- To extend financial aid in cash or in terms of means of livelihood amongst the helpless, poor and destitute of surrounding rural areas;
- To arrange various seminars, campaign and other activities for creating social awareness and direct participation to enhance moral values, patriotism, women empowerment and other rural development issues;
- To carry on any lawful business and conduct program or to establish and undertake any project and/or activity by rendering services or providing facilities in the name of the Trust to generate income for direct or indirect benefits of the BENEFICIARIES.
- To carry out, by the decision of the BOT, any charitable or benevolent activities with the intention of rendering services but not of any profit-making as a purpose of the Trust.
- To extend necessary support to the Government of Bangladesh to implement its Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) or any such objectives of similar nature.

BENEFICIARIES OF THE TRUST
The Trust is established for the benefit of the religious, technical and general education; social services; the helpless orphans; the class of people mentioned in the objectives and humanity as a whole, without discrimination of castes, religions, creeds or gender.
ACCOMMODATE
95 CHILDREN
It is an ideal orphanage with family care and office on for poor and helpless orphans to facilitate with accommodate on, meals, and education. This Children-Family will accommodate 100 children irrespective of race, religion or caste. Here, at present, 15/20 orphans get their daily meals, accommodation and education.
KSM PATRONS
The Trustees may appoint or accept subscribers and/or benefactors to the Trust who may at the discretion of the Trustees be conferred with the title of Chief Patron, Patron Donors, or any other title, upon such terms and conditions as the Trustees may deem to be proper form time to time.
Management
The Trust forms an Academic & Governing Council (AGC) with the reputed academicians of different universities, educationists, patrons, public-representatives for advising, running and smooth functioning of the trust. The AGC is the policy-making body of ‘KSM Shikkha-Sheba Complex’. The AGC devises unique and up-dated feature and methods of education, service and training for the academy, training center and other allied activities mentioned in the objectives. Every person inspired by the system of Islamic education and technical education or who is willing to be engaged in or who may help in furtherance of or contribute to attaining the aims/objectives of the Trust is invited by the Trust to become a member of AGC. AGC members are selected for their commitment to the Institutions as well as the skills and expertise they can bring to the tasks of the AGC. Members of the AGC are volunteers and do not receive any remuneration in any form for their work on the AGC.
The Working & Activities Co-ordination (WAC) Council of the Trust is an Assembly of the Community Members in the vicinity of operation, actually for whom the ‘KSM Shikkha-Sheba Complex’ has been established and whose direct participation is imperative to create social awareness and working relationship among different activities of the Trust. The WAC Council is entrusted with monitoring, co-ordination and ensuring that the activities of the ‘KSM Shikkha-Sheba Complex’ are followed through its objectives. The members of the Council play pivotal advisory roles in carrying out different social and benevolent activities of the Trust in a coordinated way by providing valuable suggestions to the management and help in generating financial support to implement the programs as set forth in the objectives. The member of the Council also provide valuable social services to transform the Trust’s objectives into reality.
